• Assist management in day-to-day operations
• Answering phones
• Responding to member questions and needs via phone, email and in person
• Quoting customers using an Industry specific quoting application
• Provide information on marina products and services
• Processing of purchase orders
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
• Utilize various marketing tools to enhance our brand and keep social media updated
• Other administrative duties – as assigned
