Our Modern Docks Feature:

  • Shore power electric, fresh water access, a 24 hour bathroom, and secure & private docks with 24 hour surveillance.
  • Prime location on Empire blvd with access to our boat launch.
  • Accommodation of boat sizes up to 24 feet.
  • Walking distance to highly rated restaurants (South Bay Bar and Grill).
  • Full service marina for all your boat's needs (mechanical repair, winterization, storage, etc).
  • A dock attendant present 7 days a week.
  • 2024 Dock slips are $95 per foot with a minimum price of $1999 plus tax.
  • 2024 floating jet ski dock slips are $1200.00 plus tax for the season
